What's a Cozy MKIV & Why on Earth Would Anyone Want to Build & Fly One!?!?

This site will serve to document my build.  In general, progress will be via blog posts.  Whatever it is that Blogger calls "pages" will be more in line with a specific procedure, lesson, etc.  Think of the posts as diary / log entries (hopefully short) and the pages as how-to or informational in nature.
